How it works.
Raise.
With our help, you to raise the search capital, which is essentially seed funding to cover your expenses and a modest salary for up to two years of searching for a business to buy. Most of your funding will come from our existing investor base, and no capital investment is required from you.
Search.
We flood you with acquisition opportunities, and it’s your job to choose one and move it to closing. We’re by your side at every step of sourcing, negotiation, and diligence, but it’s ultimately your deal.
Acquire.
You leverage our platform to complete due diligence on your chosen company and fund the deal from your original investor group. You sign on the dotted line, and the company is yours.
Operate.
